What We Treat with Telemedicine

At Integrity Telemedicine, our goal is to provide safe, convenient, and effective online medical care. While telemedicine can help with many common health conditions, it is not appropriate for every situation. Below is a clear overview of the conditions we do — and do not — treat through virtual visits.

  • Conditions We Commonly Treat

  • We can evaluate and treat many non-emergency medical concerns, including:

  • Respiratory & viral infections: uncomplicated COVID-19, sinus infections, bronchitis, cough, sore throat, seasonal allergies

  • Skin conditions: poison ivy, rashes, acne, minor outer ear skin infections (outer ear only)

  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs): uncomplicated urinary infections in adults

  • Wellness & preventive care: weight management, smoking cessation support, allergy management

Conditions Not Treated by Our Telemedicine

Some medical concerns require an in-person exam,  or procedures that cannot be safely done online. For your safety, we do not treat the following through telemedicine, such as:

  • Gynecologic care (including Pap smears and pelvic exams)

  • ADHD or other chronic psychiatric conditions requiring close monitoring

  • Middle ear infections (otitis media)

  • Anal/rectal symptoms

  • Chest pain or pressure (possible heart attack)

  • Severe shortness of breath or wheezing

  • Stroke symptoms (sudden weakness, numbness, difficulty speaking, vision loss)

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Heavy bleeding or major injuries

  • Head trauma or loss of consciousness

  • New seizures or uncontrolled seizures

  • Suicidal thoughts or psychiatric emergencies

  • Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)

  • Unstable chronic conditions requiring frequent monitoring (uncontrolled  diabetes, severe hypertension)

  • Gynecologic care (e.g., Pap smears, pelvic exams, new gynecologic symptoms)

  • ADHD evaluation or management

  • Anal or rectal symptoms (pain, bleeding, swelling, discharge)

  • Inner ear infections (otitis media) — require in-person ear exam

    • Note: outer ear/pinna skin infections may sometimes be managed virtually if mild
