  • Inner ear pain or  heating loss 

  • Eye pain or vision changes

  • Anal symptoms

  • Pelvic symptoms 

  • COPD

Pediatric care

  • Children and adolescents under 18 years of age

Controlled substances

  • Opioids

  • Benzodiazepines

  • Stimulants (e.g., ADHD medications)

  • Sleep medications with abuse potential

  • Acute psychiatric crises

  • Severe anxiety or panic attacks requiring immediate care
